In Aventura, family-run Italian places are busiest on weekend evenings and around holidays, when reservations or call-ahead seating are worth it. BYOB is common at smaller restaurants in some states, with a modest corkage fee or none at all; the listing or a quick call will tell you. Wing-and-pizza shops across Florida do most of their business by delivery and price wings by the piece or in fixed counts, with sauce heat adjustable on request. Catering trays, party pizzas and sheet pies need a day's notice at most places, and more around big game days.

As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Sicilian Oven Aventura I recently shared some feedback on Facebook, and Sicilian Oven quickly connected me with Peter, the manager of the Aventura location. From the very first message, Peter was kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making things right. Yesterday I stopped by to pick up our pizzas, and he personally made sure everything was taken care of. He honored the credit he had promised, welcomed us with a great attitude, and made the entire experience a very positive one. Great customer service is about listening, caring, and following through, and Peter did exactly that. His professionalism and attention to customers really stood out. Thank you, Peter, for going the extra mile. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

It is really great food and pizzas. Sometimes there is a waiting time...they wont take reservations. So get there early if you have a big group. Two to four people you get table eight away. The hostess is sometimes helpful but the service is amazing. Have the Rice Balls and Salad which are superb!!! You won't regret going there.

The Italian Food and Salads are Delicious. The large Selection of Beers and Wines are great. The Customer Service is Excellent. The Ambience is great with the Large Screen TVβs and the Music. Peter the Manager has been Delivering Excellence for so many years working for Sicilian Oven, Teaching and Training Staff to be the very Best they can be. I just had to give this Restaurant a Fair and Honest Review. I will continue to invite my Family and Friends here to Sicilian Oven.

I stopped by Sicilian Oven for lunch to grab a Philly Steak Panetta to go, and I'm really disappointed. Right off the bat, the consistency was totally off. There was a serious lack of meat compared to the cheese and peppers, but the biggest issue was that there was zero flavorβmeaning zero seasoning on the steak. Whatβs even more frustrating is that I explicitly asked for no mushrooms because Iβm sensitive to them. On the second half of the sandwich, you can visibly see mushrooms tucked in there, so I couldn't even finish the meal. Looking at the photo, you can see how unbalanced the ratios are. When I realized how bland it was, I went back in to ask for a sauce like BBQ to help, they only had honey mustard or aioli for an extra $2.50. I explained the sandwich lacked seasoning, but the staff just shrugged-couldnβt help.. I tried their marinara, but even that couldn't compensate for the lack of initial flavor. Honestly, I should have just returned it immediately instead of trying to "save" the meal. Iβd already driven to work by the time I saw the mushrooms, so I was stuck. Maybe theyβre good for their pizzas, but I would not recommend their Philly steaks (or their ability to kee

In my opinion The atmosphere was confusing, something like an American bar and a Korean restaurant combined into one, but ultimately an Italian place. The salad and coffee were delicious, and the salad had a pleasant dressing that went well with the nuts and greens. Unfortunately, I didn't really like the pizza. The crust was thick, everything was piled on top of each other, and the chicken on the pizza was overcooked. The staff tried to do their job well. As for the price, it wasn't expensive.
